§ 20-49-6-7 — Rules
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 49 STATE MANAGEMENT OF COMMON SCHOOL·Ch. 6 School Technology Advancement Account
The state board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning:
(1)the criteria and priorities for awarding grants and
advancements under this chapter;
(2)the terms and conditions of advancements made under this
chapter; and
(3)any additional matters necessary for the implementation of
this chapter.
