§ 20-49-4-8 — Power; state board; advance; eligibility
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 49 STATE MANAGEMENT OF COMMON SCHOOL·Ch. 4 Advancement From Common School Fund; Buildings;
The state board may advance money to school corporations and charter schools to be used for:
(1)school building construction programs; and
(2)subject to IC 20-20-13-7, educational technology programs;
as provided in this chapter.
