§ 20-49-4-4 — "Disaster"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 49 STATE MANAGEMENT OF COMMON SCHOOL·Ch. 4 Advancement From Common School Fund; Buildings;
As used in this chapter, "disaster" refers to loss by:
(1)fire;
(2)wind;
(3)cyclone; or
(4)other disaster;
of all or a major part of a school building or school buildings.
