5.
(a)As used in this chapter, "charter school"
refers to a school established under IC 20-24.
(b)The term does not include the following:
(1)A virtual charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-10).
(2)An adult high school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-2.3).
