§ 20-49-4-11 — Application
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 49 STATE MANAGEMENT OF COMMON SCHOOL·Ch. 4 Advancement From Common School Fund; Buildings;
A school corporation or charter school
desiring to obtain an advance must submit an application to the state
board in the form established by the state board, after consulting with
the department and the budget agency.
