§ 20-49-3-4 — Treasurer; fund custodian

(a)The treasurer of state is the exclusive
custodian of the fund not held in trust by the several counties under IC 20-42-1.
(b)The state board of finance has full and complete management
and control of the fund. The state board of finance shall invest the fund
as provided in this title.
