§ 20-49-2-4 — Powers; advancements to school corporations; purposes
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 49 STATE MANAGEMENT OF COMMON SCHOOL·Ch. 2 Administration of Veterans Memorial School
Subject to this chapter, the state board may
order the state comptroller to periodically make an advancement from
the state general fund for the construction, remodeling, or repair of
school buildings to any school corporation.
