Indiana Statutes
§ 20-48-4-1 — Application
Sections 2 through 4 of this chapter apply if a township board finds at an annual or special meeting of the board, that:
(1)it is necessary to provide for the construction of a school
building; and
(2)the cost of the building, or the proportional cost if it is a joint
graded high school building, will exceed the sum available from
an annual levy.
