§ 20-47-2-1 — Application
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 47 RELATED ENTITIES; HOLDING COMPANIES;·Ch. 2 Public Holding Companies
This chapter does not apply to a:
(1)school corporation;
(2)joint school corporation; or
(3)consolidated school corporation;
the schools of which do not have a total enrollment of at least two
hundred fifty (250) pupils.
