§ 20-46-9-8 — Referendum
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 46 LEVIES OTHER THAN GENERAL FUND LEVIES·Ch. 9 School Safety Referendum Tax Levy
A referendum levy under this chapter may be
put into effect only if a majority of the individuals who vote in a
referendum that is conducted in accordance with this section and
sections 9 through 19 of this chapter approve the school corporation's
making a levy for the ensuing calendar year.
