§ 20-46-9-7 — Resolution to extend a referendum levy; adoption and approval deadline; projected charter school distributions

(a)A resolution to extend a referendum levy
must be:
(1)adopted by the governing body of a school corporation; and
(2)approved in a referendum under this chapter;
before December 31 of the final calendar year in which the school
corporation's previously approved referendum levy is imposed under
this chapter.
(b)For a resolution adopted under this section after May 10, 2023,
for a county described in section 22(a) of this chapter, the resolution
must include the projected charter school distributions described in
section 6(d) of this chapter and indicate the distributions to applicable
charter schools in accordance with section 22 of this chapter.
