§ 20-46-9-5 — Power; levy
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 46 LEVIES OTHER THAN GENERAL FUND LEVIES·Ch. 9 School Safety Referendum Tax Levy
A school corporation may impose a school
safety referendum tax levy for the school corporation's fund in the
amount allowed under sections 6 through 19 of this chapter, but the
amount may not exceed ten cents ($0.10) on each one hundred dollars
($100) of assessed valuation.
