§ 20-46-9-14 — Date of referendum
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 46 LEVIES OTHER THAN GENERAL FUND LEVIES·Ch. 9 School Safety Referendum Tax Levy
The referendum shall be held in the next
general election, as provided under IC 3-10-9-3(b), in which all the
registered voters who are residents of the school corporation are
entitled to vote after certification of the question. The certification of
the question must occur not later than noon August 1.
