Text
An operating referendum tax levy under this
chapter may be put into effect only if a majority of the individuals who
vote in a referendum that is conducted in accordance with this section
and sections 10 through 19 of this chapter approves the appellant
school corporation's making a levy for the ensuing calendar year.
