Text

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or any other law to the contrary, including any amendments made to this chapter and IC 3-10-9-3 in the 2025 regular session of the general assembly, the governing body of a school corporation that adopts a resolution to place a referendum on the ballot under section 8 of this chapter on or before June 30, 2025, is eligible to place the referendum question on the ballot in an election held in the fall of calendar year 2025.
