§ 20-45-8-6 — "Fund"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 45 GENERAL FUND LEVIES·Ch. 8 Supplemental County Levy; Dearborn County
As used in this chapter, "fund" means the county school distribution fund:
(1)into which the receipts from the tax must be credited; and
(2)from which distribution to a qualified school corporation must
be charged.
