§ 20-45-8-28 — Certification; other information
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 45 GENERAL FUND LEVIES·Ch. 8 Supplemental County Levy; Dearborn County
The department of local government finance
and the secretary of education shall make certifications of any
information in their possession, or any other certifications required by
this chapter that will facilitate this chapter's execution.
