§ 20-45-7-28 — Distribution by warrant; schedule
The county auditor shall issue a warrant to
the county treasurer for the distributions from the fund to the qualified
school corporations in the amounts to which they are entitled under this
chapter. The distributions shall be made at the same time as other
property tax levies in each semiannual tax settlement period. A
qualified school corporation has the right to obtain advance draws.
