§ 20-43-6-3 — Calculation; basic tuition support

(a)A school corporation's basic tuition support for a state fiscal year is the amount determined under the applicable provision of this section.
(b)This subsection applies to a school corporation that does not have any students in the school corporation's current ADM for the year for whom, of the instructional services that the students receive from the school corporation, at least fifty percent (50%) is virtual instruction. The school corporation's basic tuition support for a state fiscal year is equal to the amount determined under STEP FOUR of the following formula: STEP ONE: Multiply the foundation amount by the school corporation's current ADM. STEP TWO: Multiply the school corporation's complexity index by:
(A)for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, four thousand one dol
