§ 20-43-6-1 — Basic tuition support; subject to the amount appropriated
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 43 STATE TUITION SUPPORT·Ch. 6 Calculation of Basic Tuition Support Distribution
Subject to the amount appropriated by the
general assembly for state tuition support and IC 20-43-2, the amount
that a school corporation is entitled to receive in basic tuition support
for a state fiscal year is the amount determined in section 3 of this
chapter.
