Text

(a)Each state fiscal year, the department shall, for each school corporation, determine the following:
(1)Determine each eligible pupil who:
(A)successfully completed an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with academic honors designation program; and
(B)was receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits, or foster care services; in the school year ending in the previous state fiscal year.
(2)Determine each eligible pupil who:
(A)successfully completed an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with technical honors designation program; and
(B)was receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits, or foster care services; in the school year endin
