§ 20-43-1-25 — "State tuition support"

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 43 STATE TUITION SUPPORT·Ch. 1 General Provisions

"State tuition support" means the amount of state funds to be distributed to:

(1)a school corporation other than a virtual charter school in any state fiscal year under this article for all grants, distributions, and awards described in IC 20-43-2-3; and
(2)a virtual charter school in any state fiscal year under IC 20-43-6-3. [Pre-2006 Recodification Citation: 21-3-1.6-1.1(c).]
