§ 20-43-1-10 — "Current ADM"
"Current ADM" means the:
(1)spring count of ADM for distributions in the months of
January through June of the calendar year in which the spring
count is taken; and
(2)fall count of ADM for distributions in the months of July
through December of the calendar year in which the fall count is
taken.
