§ 20-42-1-7 — County liability for fund
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 42 FIDUCIARY FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS·Ch. 1 Administration of Common School Fund by County
A county shall be held liable for the:
(1)preservation of the part of the fund as is entrusted or has been
entrusted to the county; and
(2)payment of the annual interest on the fund at the rate
established by law.
