§ 20-40-18-10 — Emergencies listed
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 40 GOVERNMENT FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS·Ch. 18 School Corporation Operations Fund
(a)For purposes of section 7 of this
chapter, an emergency when used with respect to repair or replacement
is:
(1)a fire;
(2)a flood;
(3)a windstorm;
(4)a mechanical failure of any part of a structure; or
(5)an unforeseeable circumstance.
(b)For purposes of section 7 of this chapter, an emergency when
used with respect to site acquisition is the unforeseeable availability of
real property for purchase.
