§ 20-40-14-2 — Disbursement without appropriation

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 40 GOVERNMENT FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS·Ch. 14 Special Purpose Funds Without Local Tax

Both:

(1)money received for specific purposes, by gift, endowment, or under a federal statute; and
(2)any earnings on money received for specific purposes, by gift, endowment, or under a federal statute; may be disbursed without appropriation. [Pre-2006 Recodification Citation: 21-2-11-6 part.]
