§ 20-39-4-1 — Application; county common school fund; congressional township school fund

This chapter applies to the following funds:
(1)A county common school fund held in trust by a county under
IC 20-42-1.
(2)A congressional township school fund held in trust by a
county under IC 20-42-2.
