§ 20-37-2-5 — Age of students
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 37 CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION·Ch. 2 Career and Technical Education Centers, Schools, or
Attendance in:
(1)day and part-time classes is restricted to persons who are at
least fourteen (14) years of age; and
(2)evening classes is restricted to persons who are at least sixteen
(16)years of age.
