Text

(a)The governing body of a school corporation may contract with a nonprofit corporation to establish and maintain a career and technical education program in the building trades solely to teach the principles of building construction to students enrolled in grades 9 through 12.
(b)A career and technical education program established under this section is limited to the construction of buildings upon real property owned by the nonprofit corporation. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-10.1-6-2.5.]
