Text

(a)Money appropriated to the department to implement the program shall be distributed first to pay the fees for each Cambridge International examination that is taken by a student to satisfy Indiana graduation requirements, including Core 40 with academic honors, and who is:
(1)enrolled in a public or state accredited nonpublic secondary school; and
(2)a resident of Indiana. Priority under this subsection shall be given to paying fees for each Cambridge International examination that is taken by a student in grade 11 or 12.
(b)After money appropriated for the program is distributed for the purposes described in subsection (a), any remaining money appropriated for the program shall be distributed and prioritized for distribution in the following order:
