§ 20-36-5-2 — Waiver of minimum number of semesters for graduation or academic honors diploma
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 36 HIGH ABILITY STUDENTS·Ch. 5 Alternate Methods of Earning High School Academic
A student who demonstrates proficiency in one
(1)or more courses or subject areas under section 1 of this chapter may
not be required to complete a minimum number of semesters to
graduate or to receive an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with
academic honors designation.
