§ 20-35-9-8 — Case conference; information regarding media options
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 35 SPECIAL EDUCATION·Ch. 9 Reading and Writing Instruction for Blind Students
As a part of the case conference committee
deliberations for a blind student, the case conference committee shall
make available to the student and the student's parents information
regarding all the potential reading and writing media options, including
the availability of braille.
