§ 20-35-9-7 — Providing braille instruction
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 35 SPECIAL EDUCATION·Ch. 9 Reading and Writing Instruction for Blind Students
If it is determined that braille instruction and
use is appropriate for a student who is blind, the student shall be
provided instruction by certified teachers of individuals with a visual
disability in the frequency and intensity specified in the student's
individualized education program.
