§ 20-35-14-6 — Office duties
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 35 SPECIAL EDUCATION·Ch. 14 Employment of Independent Hearing Officers
The office shall:
(1)determine the cost of conducting hearings under this chapter;
and
(2)after July 1, 2025, assess each school corporation and charter
school in the state, based on the weighted ADM count, a fee that
is sufficient to cover the costs determined under subdivision (1).
