§ 20-35-13-4 — Level of services provided
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 35 SPECIAL EDUCATION·Ch. 13 Auditory-Verbal Accelerated Education Program
The level of services a child shall receive as
part of the auditory-verbal accelerated education program shall be
determined by the individual educational plan team, which includes the
child's parent and a certified listening and a spoken language specialist
in accordance with the administrative rules adopted by the department.
