§ 20-35-12-20 — Results of administration of tools or assessments; provision to center
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 35 SPECIAL EDUCATION·Ch. 12 Language Development for Children Who Are Deaf or
Subject to any applicable federal laws, the
office of the secretary and each school corporation shall provide to the
center the results of all tools and assessments administered to a child
in accordance with this chapter.
