2. As used in this chapter, "educational evaluation" means procedures used to provide information about a student's disability or suspected disability for the student's case conference committee to determine the following:
(1)Whether a student is eligible for special education and related
services.
(2)If eligible, the nature and extent of the special education and
related services that the student needs.
