Indiana Statutes
§ 20-35-1-7 — "Special education"
"Special education" means instruction specially
designed to meet the unique needs of a child with a disability. The term
includes transportation, developmental, corrective, and other support
services and training only when required to assist a child with a
disability to benefit from the instruction itself.
