§ 20-34-9-4 — Eligibility for a grant
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 34 STUDENT HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES·Ch. 9 Student and Parent Support Services Grant Program
Beginning after June 30, 2020, and subject to
available funding, a school corporation, a charter school, and an
accredited nonpublic school are eligible for a grant under this chapter
if the school corporation, charter school, or accredited nonpublic
school meets the requirements of this chapter.
