Text

A report is not required under sections 5 through 6 of this chapter if:

(1)a federal statute or regulation;
(2)IC 20-28-10-17, IC 25-33-1-17, IC 34-46-3-1, or another state statute; or
(3)a rule adopted by a state agency; imposes a duty on the employee of the school corporation or member of the administrative staff not to disclose privileged or confidential information that otherwise would have been the basis of a report.
