Indiana Statutes
§ 20-33-8-28 — Waiver of rights
Any rights granted to a student or a student's parent by this chapter may be waived only by a written instrument signed by both the student and the student's parent. The waiver is valid if made:
(1)voluntarily; and
(2)with the knowledge of the:
(A)procedures available under this chapter; and
(B)consequences of the waiver.
