§ 20-33-8-21 — Scope of judicial review
Judicial review of a governing body's action
under this chapter by the circuit or superior court of the county in
which a student who is the subject of the governing body's action
resides is limited to the issue of whether the governing body acted
without following the procedure required under this chapter.
