§ 20-33-7-1 — "Education records"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 33 STUDENTS: GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 7 Parental Access to Student Records
As used in this chapter, "education records" means information that:
(1)is recorded by a nonpublic or public school; and
(2)concerns a student who is or was enrolled in the school.
