§ 20-33-2-5 — Days of attendance

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 33 STUDENTS: GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 2 Compulsory School Attendance

A student for whom education is compulsory under this chapter shall attend school each year for the number of days public schools are in session:

(1)in the school corporation in which the student is enrolled in Indiana; or
(2)where the student is enrolled if the student is enrolled outside Indiana. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-8.1-3-17(d).]
