§ 20-33-2-45 — State board; supervision; rules
(a)The state board shall exercise general
supervision by resolution over the attendance system of the state.
(b)The state board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 pertaining to
the state attendance system and the enforcement of this chapter.
