§ 20-32-7-2 — Authorization to administer assessments
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 32 STUDENT STANDARDS, ASSESSMENTS, AND·Ch. 7 Local Student Diagnostic Assessment and Student
Each school may authorize the school's
teachers to administer student diagnostic assessments to allow the
teachers to make detailed individual assessments of the educational
progress of students in grade levels designated by the state board.
