§ 20-32-7-1 — Students with disabilities; student diagnostic assessment

A decision requiring a student who is a student with a disability (as defined in IC 20-35-1-8) to undergo a student diagnostic assessment under this chapter or be retained at a particular grade level shall be made in accordance with the student's individualized education program and federal law.
