The purpose of the Indiana's Learning Evaluation Assessment Readiness Network (ILEARN) program developed under this chapter is to establish an assessment system that is student centered and provides meaningful and timely information to all stakeholders on both a student's on grade proficiency level and the student's growth toward Indiana's college and career readiness educational standards under IC 20-19-2-14.5.
