§ 20-32-4-6 — Students with disabilities; applicability of requirements
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 32 STUDENT STANDARDS, ASSESSMENTS, AND·Ch. 4 Graduation Requirements
A decision with regard to whether a student
who is a student with a disability (as defined in IC 20-35-1-8) is subject
to the requirements for an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 designation
set forth in section 1.5 of this chapter shall be made in accordance with
the student's individualized education program and federal law.
