§ 20-32-3-5 — State board; factors considered

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 32 STUDENT STANDARDS, ASSESSMENTS, AND·Ch. 3 Secondary Certificates of Achievement

In making adoptions under section 4 of this chapter, the state board shall consider the following factors:

(1)The overall value of the particular subject or skill area to a broad range of students and the workforce.
(2)The transferability of the particular subject or skill area to other subject or skill areas.
