Text
In making adoptions under section 4 of this chapter, the state board shall consider the following factors:
(1)The overall value of the particular subject or skill area to a
broad range of students and the workforce.
(2)The transferability of the particular subject or skill area to
other subject or skill areas.
(3)Any other factor that the state board considers significant.
